This is not a custom-software engagement. FIXED-PRICE MVP DELIVERABLE Approved system-of-record and integration map; working priority ecommerce, Gorgias support, return, escalation, booking, learning, and reporting journeys; role-based access register; launch dashboard; and one supervised automation or agent pilot with tests, logs, human approval, and shutdown instructions. SCOPE - Configure or repair Shopify navigation, product pages, ZIP eligibility, local delivery presentation, analytics, and conversion QA. - Configure Gorgias queues, visible contact paths, Get a Person escalation, eligible-return flow, active-order support, templates, authority limits, and reporting. - Connect approved inventory, CRM, booking, learning, attribution, and reporting data without creating competing records. - Define metric owners, sources, refresh logic, exceptions, and a daily launch dashboard. - Assess candidate automations and agents by impact, effort, data readiness, and risk; build only one controlled pilot within the cap. - Document least-privilege access, audit logs, exports, backups, failure handling, human approvals, and exit paths. REQUIRED TIMING - Sep 22: current-state map, platform constraints, data definitions, and priority journey defects - Sep 25: preview-ready priority journeys, dashboard draft, access map, and pilot design - Sep 28: preview monitoring and supervised pilot test - Oct 13: launch-ready stack, dashboard, runbook, and handoff - Oct 20: launch-day monitoring support within the agreed window REQUIRED EXPERIENCE Shopify and service-enabled DTC ecommerce; no-code integrations and APIs; Gorgias or comparable customer-service platforms; reporting and data quality; and LLM agents or automation with evaluation, privacy, logging, human review, and failure recovery. CONTRACT TERMS One fixed-price MVP milestone for $3,000 with one focused revision. Software subscriptions, usage fees, media, custom development, and third-party services are excluded. No add-on or overage is authorized without Scott's written approval.
