Our technology engagements may involve: * Customized enterprise software * UI/UX design and improvement * ERP and accounting-system integrations * Workflow automation * Business intelligence and reporting * SaaS and subscription-service implementation * Cloud and customer-hosted deployment strategies * AI-enabled business solutions Your Role Depending on experience and client needs, responsibilities may include: * Working with Perrin’s finance and accounting professionals to understand client needs * Translating business requirements into practical software solutions * Leading software architecture, technical design, and implementation * Improving UI/UX and application usability * Integrating software with ERP, accounting, CRM, banking, and operational systems * Advising whether solutions should be hosted by Perrin, a cloud provider, or the client * Designing SaaS, subscription, licensing, onboarding, and billing workflows * Overseeing APIs, databases, security, authentication, and cloud infrastructure * Managing developers, vendors, and implementation resources * Moving projects from discovery through deployment and ongoing support * Responding with urgency when client circumstances require it Client and Team Focus This role is highly client- and team-centric. The successful candidate must be able to listen carefully, communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and work collaboratively with CFOs, controllers, accountants, advisors, business owners, and executive leadership teams. Candidates should have strong experience in enterprise software, systems integration, SaaS, cloud infrastructure, UI/UX, security, and implementation leadership. Compensation This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity. Compensation is engagement-based and may include: * Billable consulting revenue * Fixed-fee project compensation * Business-origination incentives * Engagement leadership compensation * Participation in recurring subscription or managed-service relationships * Long-term participation in client relationships There are no mandatory schedules, geographic restrictions, or exclusive employment requirements.
