Our Google Business Profile is verified and currently sends prospective patients to the website. The project has two stages: 1. Publish a polished, credible, mobile-responsive core website within 72 hours of receiving access and approved materials. 2. Continue developing the comprehensive website through defined milestones. An existing website, domain, hosting account, WordPress installation and brand assets are available. The contractor must first audit the current build and determine what can safely be reused. This is not a request for minor cosmetic edits, a generic mental-health template or a provider biography website. We are building a scalable clinic website with clear pathways for new patients, existing patients and professional referral partners. Apptoto is currently used for reminders and communications; the contractor must not independently replace the Tebra booking pathway or install competing public booking tools without approval. The new-patient prescreener is an administrative routing tool—not a clinical assessment, emergency-monitoring service, treatment relationship, promise of acceptance or guarantee that a particular medication will be prescribed. Do not collect unnecessary health information through ordinary website forms or unsecured email. Analytics must not capture diagnoses, screening answers or other sensitive patient information. Any form collecting sensitive information must use an approved secure solution.
