WordPress Backend Flexibility Update or Migration to Webflow

Less than 1 month, Hours to be determined We had a web agency build a website for our startup on WordPress, but they hard-coded many elements in the backend, making updates and new page creation difficult. We need a developer to improve backend flexibility, create reusable modules, and make it easier for us to duplicate and build new pages. Alternatively, if it makes more sense (and doesn't cost more $ or hours) to just rebuild the website or migrate to Webflow or another flexible website builder, then we are open to that. We would like someone first to come in and review the site and audit it then decide how to move forward. The work should be completed within the next 2 weeks, with ongoing support available afterward.
