More than 6 months, 30+ hrs/week Ongoing Website Maintenance & Updates — Two Miami Small-Business Sites We run two established Miami small-business websites: a custom patio / outdoor-living company and a food-truck events & booking company. Both are already built and live — we are NOT looking for a rebuild. We need a reliable developer for ongoing maintenance and regular updates on an as-needed basis. This is a long-term, repeat-work relationship. Some weeks will be quiet; others will have a handful of quick tasks. I want one dependable go-to person I can hand things to and trust to get done right. WHAT THE ROLE COVERS Content & updates - Update text, images, pricing, and service listings - Refresh galleries/portfolios with new project photos - Add or edit pages as the businesses grow - Swap in seasonal or promotional content Maintenance & upkeep - Fix bugs, broken links, and display issues - Keep both sites mobile-responsive across devices - Monitor and improve page load speed - Apply platform, theme, and plugin updates and security patches - Make sure contact/inquiry forms work and route leads correctly - Basic on-page SEO upkeep (meta titles, descriptions, alt text) Occasional - Small design tweaks and layout adjustments - Simple landing pages for promotions or campaigns WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR - Proven experience maintaining and editing existing sites (not just building new ones) - Strong with the platform these sites are built on (WordPress / Webflow / Wix) - Fast, reliable turnaround on small tasks (24–48 hrs) - Clear, responsive communication - Available long-term for ongoing work HOW WE'LL WORK - Hourly, as-needed — no minimum-hours commitment - We'll start with one small paid test task to confirm fit, then move into a steady ongoing relationship TO APPLY, PLEASE INCLUDE - Portfolio, ideally small-business sites you've maintained - The platforms you're strongest in - Your typical turnaround for a small edit - Your availability for ongoing / on-call work - Your hourly rate English required; Spanish a plus — many of our clients and vendors are bilingual.
