Less than 1 month, Less than 30 hrs/week I've rebuilt my personal brand website and I'm consolidating several domains into one. The new site is live. I need someone who has done SEO-preserving domain migrations before to make sure years of accumulated search rankings, backlinks, and podcast traffic follow me to the new home instead of evaporating. I run a spiritual education and pilgrimage business: online courses, a podcast with several years of episodes, and international retreat travel. My audience finds me through search, so protecting organic traffic through this move matters to me. The properties involved mysticalspirituality.com — the new destination site. Registration stays active permanently. dancingspirittours.com — a separate business site that stays live. Needs Yoast configuration only. Scope of work 1. Redirect audit Verify the existing Cloudflare redirect rules on ninahirlaender.com. Confirm 301 status codes, path preservation, and single-hop resolution across all four variants (http/https, www/non-www). Report and fix anything misconfigured. 2. URL mapping Crawl the retiring sites, export all indexed URLs from Google Search Console and Analytics, and build a one-to-one mapping to their equivalents on the new domain. Flag any page with no clear destination for my decision. I want the mapping spreadsheet as a deliverable I own. 3. Redirect implementation Implement the mapping through Cloudflare Bulk Redirects. Verify every mapped URL resolves correctly. 4. Podcast domain redirect Map holyrebelspodcast.com's indexed pages to their corresponding episode pages on the new archive. Root domain and unmapped paths go to the archive index. Confirm the podcast RSS feed's website field reflects the new domain. 5. Content migration verification Confirm blog and podcast content has transferred to the new site with images, internal links, and original publish dates intact. 6. Yoast SEO configuration Full setup on two sites (mysticalspirituality.com and dancingspirittours.com): title and meta description templates by post type, Person and Organization schema, XML sitemaps, breadcrumbs, social preview defaults, canonical verification. Draft titles and descriptions for the top 20 pages of each site for my review and approval. 7. Google Search Console and Bing Verify all four properties. Execute Change of Address on both retiring domains. Submit sitemaps. Mirror the setup in Bing Webmaster Tools. 8. Old site decommissioning After redirects test clean, remove hosting and site files from the two retiring properties. Domain registrations remain active on auto-renew.
