JOB TITLE WordPress, GA4, WooCommerce and Cross-Domain Campaign Tracking Specialist PROJECT SUMMARY We need an experienced WordPress analytics and conversion-tracking specialist to implement end-to-end campaign attribution across two related websites: 1. [https://www.BeABusinessBroker.Today](https://www.BeABusinessBroker.Today) 2. [https://www.FastStart.Training](https://www.FastStart.Training) Both websites are hosted by GoDaddy. FastStart.Training uses WooCommerce for product sales. This is not a website redesign, SEO, advertising-management, or general marketing project. The assignment is specifically to implement reliable campaign, lead, referral, and purchase attribution. BUSINESS OBJECTIVE We are developing a targeted recruiting campaign directed to three professional groups: * Commercial real estate professionals * Business consultants * Business coaches Campaigns will target selected U.S. cities that our research has identified as business-broker deserts or underserved business-brokerage markets. Prospects may be contacted by: * Personalized letters * QR codes * Personal email * LinkedIn * Telephone follow-up We need to know which city, professional group, communication channel, and campaign generated each website visit, assessment, inquiry, and eventual FastStart purchase. TRACKING REQUIREMENTS The proposed system must capture and preserve: * Target city and state * Professional group: CRE, consultant, or coach * Outreach channel: direct mail, QR code, email, LinkedIn, or another approved channel * Campaign name * Referral or prospect code, when included * Original landing page * First visit date * Conversion date * Original attribution and, if appropriate, most recent attribution Tracking must persist when a visitor: 1. Opens a campaign link or scans a QR code. 2. Visits BeABusinessBroker.Today. 3. Views multiple pages. 4. Leaves and returns several days later. 5. Completes the Business Broker Career Match Assessment. 6. Submits an information or contact form. 7. Clicks from BeABusinessBroker.Today to FastStart.Training. 8. Completes a WooCommerce purchase or another designated conversion. The city, profession, channel, and campaign information must be connected to the actual lead, form submission, assessment, or WooCommerce order. Information appearing only as aggregated traffic in Google Analytics is not sufficient. EXPECTED CAMPAIGN STRUCTURE The system should support standard campaign parameters such as: * utm_source * utm_medium * utm_campaign * utm_content * ref or another approved referral identifier Example: [https://www.BeABusinessBroker.Today/?utm_source=direct_mail&utm_medium=qr_code&utm_campaign=augusta_ga&utm_content=cre&ref=AG-CRE-001](https://www.BeABusinessBroker.Today/?utm_source=direct_mail&utm_medium=qr_code&utm_campaign=augusta_ga&utm_content=cre&ref=AG-CRE-001) We also want readable short addresses for letters, such as: * BeABusinessBroker.Today/AugustaCRE * BeABusinessBroker.Today/AugustaConsultant * BeABusinessBroker.Today/AugustaCoach These short addresses may redirect to the appropriate campaign-tracking URLs. The final system must allow us to create additional cities and campaigns without hiring a programmer every time. SCOPE OF WORK 1. Audit both WordPress websites and their existing analytics, forms, plugins, WooCommerce configuration, and cross-domain links. 2. Determine whether Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager are already installed and properly configured. 3. Provide a written implementation plan before making production changes. 4. Configure or correct Google Analytics 4. 5. Configure Google Tag Manager when appropriate. 6. Implement cross-domain measurement between BeABusinessBroker.Today and FastStart.Training. 7. Implement persistent first-party campaign attribution that can survive a reasonable return-visit period. 8. Create the initial short campaign URLs and redirects. 9. Configure tracking for QR codes, direct mail, email, and LinkedIn campaigns. 10. Capture campaign data with the Business Broker Career Match Assessment and relevant lead forms. 11. Store campaign attribution with WooCommerce orders or associated customer/order metadata. 12. Configure appropriate conversion events for: * Assessment started * Assessment completed * Contact or information request * Click to FastStart.Training * Checkout started * Purchase completed 13. Create a simple report or dashboard that can show results by: * City * Professional group * Outreach channel * Campaign * Website visits * Assessments * Leads * FastStart purchases * Conversion rate 14. Conduct a complete pilot test using one city and all three target groups. 15. Provide written documentation and a recorded video walkthrough. 16. Provide instructions for adding new cities, professional groups, campaign links, referral codes, and QR codes. GODADDY AND WEBSITE-SAFETY REQUIREMENTS Both websites are hosted by GoDaddy. How would you retain the attribution if the visitor leaves and returns several days later? 3. How would you store the original attribution with a WooCommerce order so that it can be reviewed with the actual customer transaction? 5. What is the difference between cross-domain measurement in GA4 and storing attribution with an actual lead or WooCommerce order? 6. What first-party attribution method would you recommend, and for how long would you retain the original campaign data? 7. How would you create short, readable campaign URLs without creating a separate webpage for every profession and city? 8. How would you let us add new cities and campaign links after the project is completed? 9. How would you test the full path from campaign link to assessment, cross-domain visit, and WooCommerce purchase? 10. What safeguards would you use to ensure that staging deployment does not overwrite live WooCommerce orders or customer data? 11. Which plugins or services do you anticipate using, and what are their one-time or recurring costs? 12. What GoDaddy access, WordPress access, Google Analytics access, and Google Tag Manager access would you require? 13.
