Hi there, You need someone who can walk into a site they've never touched, figure out what broke, and fix it fast without creating new problems. That's the technical part. The harder part is probably this: you've dealt with people who said they could do that, discovered they couldn't, and now you're the one cleaning up after them while your sites suffer. I've been troubleshooting WordPress sites for 13+ years. Most of that work looks like yours: diagnosing plugin conflicts, hunting down broken integrations, fixing performance issues, dealing with host-level problems, and generally being the person who can tell the difference between a symptom and the actual cause. When I work with clients who run multiple sites, the pattern is usually the same. First job is an emergency. I fix it cleanly. Then the second one comes in, and they realize they don't have to explain everything from scratch anymore. Eventually I'm the person they text when something feels wrong but they can't name it yet. I've done migration work that preserved SEO through hundreds of redirects, built custom BuddyPress portals that had to scale without falling apart, and handled content migrations where the old site's structure made no sense but the client needed everything moved intact. A few examples: Custom BuddyPress portal for Lousch Creations LLC. Handled architecture, integrations, and performance tuning across a membership platform. WordPress content migration for an artist moving off a legacy system. Migrated years of posts, media, and metadata without breaking URLs or losing rankings. Full site rebuild and migration for Aderonke Akindipe. Redesign, WordPress migration, redirects, and post-launch support. Those are bigger projects, but most of my ongoing work is exactly what you described: finding the thing that broke, fixing it properly, and documenting what I did so it doesn't happen again. I'm US-based, available 30+ hours a week, and comfortable working hourly in your range. If this sounds aligned, tell me about the first site that needs attention and what's been happening with it. Trust, Tai
