CRM & RevOps Automation Specialist for Customer Growth & Operations System

CRM / RevOps Automation Specialist Needed I’m looking for an experienced CRM/RevOps automation specialist to help architect and build a polished working demo/MVP for a customer growth and business operations system. This is more advanced than a standard CRM setup. The system will combine customer lifecycle management, workflow automation, business operations, dashboards, integrations, and reporting into a reusable architecture that can later be customized for individual businesses. Phase 1 will include: • CRM architecture and custom pipelines • Customer lifecycle management • Lead/customer segmentation • Workflow and follow-up automation • Customer reactivation/retention workflows • Internal task and operations workflows • Role-based dashboards and KPI reporting • Lead/customer opportunity identification • Integrations with common business tools • Realistic demo data • Several functioning automation demonstrations • Reusable/demo-friendly architecture • QA/testing • Basic documentation and recorded walkthrough The finished demo needs to show workflows happening live, not simply static dashboards. Example: a lead enters the system → is categorized → appropriate workflow begins → task is assigned → status changes → reporting/dashboard updates. The architecture should be reusable so the demo can be quickly customized to different types of service businesses. Phase 1 budget: approximately $1,000 fixed-price. This can lead to additional paid work developing the full production system and implementing/customizing it for future clients. When applying, please include: 1.
