A clean flow where booking triggers CRM updates, CRM feeds reporting, and changes in one place propagate everywhere they should. 3. Financial automation. Invoicing tied to bookings. Payouts tied to completed sessions. Accounting integration so money flows without spreadsheets or manual reconciliation. 4. Automation workflows for recruiting and ops. Onboarding sequences for new educators. Parent follow-ups. Matching logic based on availability and criteria you define. 5. AI where it actually helps. Matching suggestions, drafted comms, workflow shortcuts. Not agents for the sake of having agents.
