WordPress Build — Portable Custom Kadence Child Theme + ACF Pro

Hours to be determined I run a small network of local lead-generation websites for a group of skilled trades in Canada. It is a WordPress multisite: one subsite per community, each with a home page and six service pages. The good news for you: the design is completely finished. You get pixel-complete HTML/CSS mockups (desktop and mobile) and a written spec, so there is no guessing and no design-by-committee. I need a developer to build it cleanly, once, so new communities can be added without touching layout again. WHAT YOU WOULD BUILD - A clean WordPress multisite (subdirectories) on Cloudways with a hand-coded Kadence child theme, built from my mockups. - Two templates: a Community Home page and a Category page (one on/off switch changes its hero and form). - Shared parts built once: header with mobile menu, footer, FAQ block, a lazy-loaded map band, and a sticky call bar on phones. - ACF Pro fields registered in code: one settings screen per subsite where all of a community's content is entered, plus one network-wide settings screen. - Seven simple forms posting to GoHighLevel by webhook/API, with file upload. - A master subsite that gets cloned with NS Cloner. - One articles subsite where you import and reskin an Elementor kit I supply. - Launch: clean install on staging, about 27 pages of content moved by hand, a 301 redirect map I supply, basic SEO and security setup. WHAT MATTERS MOST TO ME A non-technical person should be able to set up a new community from the settings screen alone, without opening the page editor, and a layout change should be made once and show up on every subsite. That is how I will check the work at the end. A GOOD FIT IF YOU - Build custom WordPress themes in PHP/HTML/CSS (Kadence experience is a plus). - Know ACF Pro well and have worked on a multisite. - Prefer clear specs and ask questions before building. (This is a coding job rather than a page-builder job, apart from the one Elementor subsite.) HOW WE WOULD WORK - A short paid trial first (8 to 10 hours, fixed fee): build the header and one strip from the mockup, reading from an ACF settings screen, on a two-subsite staging multisite. - Then fixed price by milestone. Milestone 1 is everything above with one region live. - Mockups and site details are shared with shortlisted candidates. - More builds on the same stack are available to the right person.
