Responsibilities - Campaign Strategy & Execution: Build, structure, and scale Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube/Demand Gen campaigns targeting US consumers. - Feed Optimization: Manage and optimize our Google Merchant Center product feed (titles, custom labels, product types, and categorizations). - PMax Asset & Signals Tuning: Leverage custom segment signals, audience intent, and high-converting creative assets to scale Performance Max without burning budget on low-quality placements. - Conversion Tracking & Data: Audit and ensure accurate conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager, GA4, Shopify integration, server-side tracking). - Budget & Bid Management: Continuously optimize target ROAS (tROAS) and CPA targets to hit scale and profitability goals. - A/B Testing: Conduct ongoing tests for ad copy, headlines, extensions, landing page routing, and creative assets.
Requirements - Proven Apparel/Fashion DTC Experience: At least 3+ years managing Google Ads specifically for e-commerce apparel or fashion brands (Shopify experience strongly preferred). - Proven Spend & Scale Track Record: Experience profitably managing $10k–$50k+ per month in ad spend. - Deep Knowledge of Merchant Center: Master-level ability to fix feed errors, optimize titles/attributes, and structure custom labels. - PMax Mastery: Proven ability to separate branded vs. non-branded traffic in PMax and prevent cannibalization. - Strong Analytics: Fluent in GA4, attribution models, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles.
