Job Description

Cleaned for readability so you can scan the ask faster.

Less than 1 week, Less than 30 hrs/week Check out our current website: OPsolutions.us We need a re-design, by August 20. ALL comments, critiques, and suggestions would be welcomed, I am a stakeholder, not a designer. Bring your creative Genius! Contact us, Schedule an Intro Call and Schedule a Demo are good as is. Home page needs to be more generic - company mission theme. Add a a short video on every page, more graphics to tell the story - less words. Add a Resources page with short descriptions of helpful resources (videos, downloaded-able PDFs). Optimized titles/meta, AEO and GEO are important - machine readable by ChatGP, Prolixity and AI overviews. Build this as a foundational start, we need it fast. We have an employee who will then maintain and contract you in the future for changes and upgrades. As inspiration (similar services to us, but huge) Use: waystar.com trizettoprovider.com

Supports a rebuild story with practical delivery proof

Hi there, I looked at OPsolutions.us and waystar.com side by side. The gap isn't capabilities. You clearly deliver. The gap is how fast a prospect understands what you do and why they should care. Right now the messaging takes too long to land. You need a home page that works in eight seconds. A prospect should know exactly what you solve, who you solve it for, and why you're credible before they scroll. Then the rest of the site can do the educating. Here's the plan: 1. I'll start with a visual mockup of the home page and two key internal pages before building anything. You review, adjust, and approve direction first. No surprises. 2. Home page gets rebuilt around your mission and value prop, framed like waystar and trizetto but sized for your scale. Hero section that names the pain and the solution in one breath. Trust indicators high. Short video embedded. Clean path to demo. 3. Every page gets a short video slot and more visual storytelling. I'll structure the layout so your team can swap videos and graphics easily without breaking anything. 4. Resources page built as a filterable grid. Short descriptions, video embeds, downloadable PDFs. Clean and maintainable. 5. SEO handled properly from the start. Optimized titles and meta, schema markup for services and organization, clean semantic HTML so LLMs and answer engines can parse it cleanly. I'll also add an llms.txt file and structured FAQ schema where it fits. 6. I'll record a short walkthrough video showing your employee exactly how to update pages, swap images, add resources, and edit copy without touching code. I rebuilt the home page in Elementor for Jeremy Bustin Photography. That was $1,500 and took four days. I also built a lead-gen site from scratch for Mark Greene at $3,000 and brought Sean O'Connor's WordPress site back online after a security mess for $1,500. For this, I'd price it at $3,500. That includes mockup approval, full rebuild, video integration, Resources page, SEO setup, training video, and 14 days of post-launch support while your team gets comfortable. If August 20 still works, we'd need to start by this Friday to stay clean. Does that timeline still hold? Trust, Tai
