WordPress redesign for a food blog (theme refresh, staying on WordPress)

Less than 1 month, Less than 30 hrs/week I run Greek Food Alchemist, a Greek and Cypriot food blog with ~98 published posts, currently on WordPress using the Soledad theme. I'm staying on WordPress and I'm not looking to migrate to another platform. What I need is a proper redesign: a new theme and layout that looks and functions like a professional, current food blog.
