Less than 1 month, 30+ hrs/week We’re a full-service digital marketing agency and we build a steady stream of local-business websites for our clients. We’re looking for a reliable developer (or small dev team) to build these sites on an on-call, per-project basis — one site at a time, as they come up. This is not a one-off: done well, this is ongoing, repeat work for the right person. Important — this is NOT an SEO or content role. We handle all SEO, content, and optimization in-house. Your job is to build a clean, fast, well-structured website that is set up and ready for our SEO team to take over, populate, and optimize. What each build includes • A complete WordPress website: home, about, contact, service pages, and location/city pages, plus a blog structure. • A repeatable template system so we can scale service and location pages quickly (e.g., “[Service]” and “[Service] in [City]” pages). • Clean, SEO-friendly structure: proper heading hierarchy (one H1, logical H2/H3s), editable title & meta fields (Yoast or RankMath), schema-ready markup, image alt fields, and a sensible URL and menu structure. • Fast, mobile-responsive, cross-browser tested, with good Core Web Vitals. • Contact forms, click-to-call, Google Maps embed, and placement ready for our tracking (GA4 / pixels). • A clean handoff: admin access and a short “where everything is” note so our team can drop in content without hunting. Budget & terms • $500–$750 per website, depending on size and number of pages — quoted up front, per site. • Ongoing need: multiple sites per month as our client base grows.
