Senior WordPress & WooCommerce Developer – Europe Only, WPML, Brevo, SEO & UX Deko Design Systems is looking for an expert WordPress/WooCommerce developer or small specialist agency based in Europe for a long-term collaboration. We operate a multilingual B2B/B2C website across several European markets. Our products are highly visual, so we need someone who combines strong technical capability with excellent design/UX judgement and commercial understanding.s Key requirements 1. Expert WordPress & WooCommerce experience 2. Strong WPML and multilingual/multi-country website experience 3. Ongoing website updates, maintenance and troubleshooting 4. Building and improving B2B/B2C landing pages and forms 5. Brevo CRM integrations, lead flows and automations 6. Multilingual/technical SEO and Google Search Console 7. GA4/GTM and website-side conversion tracking 8. Website speed, optimisation and security 9. Strong visual design, UX and responsive/mobile capability 10. Ability to work effectively with our digital marketing agency As a growing start-up operating across multiple European markets, we value simple, robust, scalable and cost-efficient solutions. We do not want unnecessary custom development, plugins or complicated infrastructure that increases ongoing costs and maintenance. We also want to remain self-sufficient for simple website updates and fixes. Where appropriate, we expect our web partner to provide short video guides/documentation showing us how to manage straightforward tasks ourselves, rather than creating unnecessary ongoing developer dependency. We are looking for someone who understands our business objectives, proactively recommends improvements and finds the most efficient technical solution for our stage of growth, rather than simply executing instructions. This is a long-term hourly collaboration, not a one-off website project. Larger tasks should be estimated and approved before work begins.
