Create and Manage Online Courses

Less than 1 month, Less than 30 hrs/week I am looking for an experienced freelancer to support the ongoing development and management of professional online training courses. This is intended to be a long-term working relationship, with an expected commitment of approximately 20 hours per week. The Role: I will provide the technical course content, notes, draft materials and supporting information in a relatively raw format. Your role will be to take this content and turn it into a professional, engaging and fully deliverable online course. You will be responsible for managing the course production process from the raw content stage through to a completed course published on LearnDash. Typical responsibilities will include: - Turning raw course notes and content into well structured, professional course presentations - Designing and formatting presentation slides to a consistent brand/style - Creating video based lessons using Synthesia - Editing and refining course content for presentation and learner experience - Uploading and structuring courses within LearnDash - Creating modules, lessons, topics, quizzes and other course components - Uploading videos, downloadable resources and supporting materials - Checking formatting, navigation and overall learner experience - Quality checking courses before publication - Maintaining and updating existing courses when required - Helping establish a consistent and efficient course production process What I Will Provide: - I will remain responsible for the technical subject matter and core course content. You will typically receive course notes, draft slides, documents, templates, examples and instructions explaining what the course needs to cover. - I am looking for someone who can take ownership from that point and turn the material into a finished, professional learning product, rather than requiring detailed instructions for every individual step. Ideal Experience You should ideally have experience with: - Online course creation / instructional design - Synthesia - LearnDash - PowerPoint, Canva or similar presentation software - Video-based learning - WordPress - Course administration and LMS management - Creating professional and visually consistent learning materials - Experience producing professional or technical training courses would be particularly useful. Working Relationship This is not intended to be a one-off project. I am building a growing library of professional online courses and am looking for someone who can become a long term part of the course production process. I expect to allocate agree lump sum arrangements at the begining until a working relationship is established to then move to at least 20 hours per week or more if needed depending on the workload, with the potential for this to increase as the course library grows. Reliability, attention to detail and the ability to work independently are therefore very important.
