Project Summary NYC Business Broker, Corp ("NYCBB"), also known as The Laundromat Specialist, is seeking a website designer to build an 8-page MVP website (plus 3 ebook landing pages) at www.nycbb.com. The site's purpose is lead generation — capturing buyer and seller inquiries for laundromat business brokerage in New York City and routing them into our CRM. 2. Scope Highlights • 11 pages total: Home, Buy a Laundromat, Sell Your Laundromat, Laundromat Valuation, Schedule a Consultation, Privacy, Terms, About, plus 3 ebook landing pages • 4 lead-capture forms (Buyer, Seller, Valuation, Consultation) with conditional fields • Lead capture via an embedded Tupelo CRM widget (no API/webhook integration required) • Mobile-first responsive design across desktop, tablet, and mobile breakpoints • SEO foundation (unique title tags, meta descriptions, H1s, OG images per page) • 3 video embeds (YouTube/Vimeo) and analytics/conversion tracking 3. Platform Open to Webflow, Framer, WordPress, or another modern CMS. Please recommend the platform you believe best fits this scope and explain why. 4. Screening Questions Please answer each of the following in your proposal: 1. Can you embed a third-party widget (no API, no webhook) into a site you build? Please share an example of a site where you've done this. 2.
