Hours to be determined CRM & Automation Specialist for Home Service Businesses I'm building a highly productized agency that helps home service businesses recover revenue that's already slipping through the cracks. We don't sell marketing. We don't sell ads. We don't generate leads. Instead, we improve what happens after a homeowner has already contacted the business. I'm looking to build a small bench of reliable CRM & Automation specialists that I can consistently bring implementation projects to as the agency grows. This is not a one-time project. I'm looking for long-term implementation partners who are reliable, communicate well, and can consistently deliver high-quality work. What You'll Be Doing You'll be implementing standardized Lead Recovery Systems for home service businesses. Every project will follow a documented process, but responsibilities may include: - Setting up and configuring CRM pipelines - Building opportunity stages and lead management systems - Creating automated SMS and email follow-up sequences - Implementing estimate follow-up workflows - Setting up appointment reminders and internal notifications - Building workflow automations and lead routing - Integrating calendars, phone systems, forms, APIs, and webhooks - Testing every workflow before delivery - Troubleshooting issues when needed - Documenting completed implementations and suggesting improvements - Required Skills - CRM implementation - Business process automation - Pipeline design - SMS and email automation - Workflow troubleshooting - API and webhook integrations - Strong written and spoken English Experience with any of the following is a plus: - GoHighLevel - HubSpot - Pipedrive - Jobber - Housecall Pro - ServiceTitan - Make - Zapier - n8n - Twilio Platform experience is helpful, but execution and problem-solving matter more than knowing a specific tool. Ideal Candidate You're someone who: - Delivers quality work without constant supervision - Communicates clearly and consistently - Thinks in terms of solving business problems, not just building automations - Is interested in a long-term working relationship rather than a single project Please Answer the Following: - Tell me about your experience building CRM and automation systems. - Which platforms are you strongest with? - Have you worked with home service businesses before? If so, which industries? - Imagine an HVAC company sends around 80 estimates each month, but many customers never respond. Walk me through how you would build a system to improve follow-up and increase booked jobs. - If I handed you a detailed implementation SOP, how comfortable would you be following it exactly as written? - How do you typically communicate during projects? - Do you charge hourly, fixed-price, or both? - Please include any relevant portfolio, case studies, or examples of previous work. If we work well together, there will be consistent implementation opportunities as the agency continues to grow.

Hi there, You're not selling leads. You're fixing what happens to the leads they already paid for. That's a harder problem to spot and a smarter business model. I've spent the last few years building automation systems that actually run without constant supervision. Most of that work has been on the WordPress and WooCommerce side, building checkout flows, order automations, and integrations that handle thousands of transactions without breaking. The principles are identical here: map the real business process, automate the repetitive parts, test every branch, and make sure nothing falls through. The platforms I'm strongest with are WordPress, WooCommerce, Zapier, and custom API integrations. I've built webhook systems, payment flows, email sequences tied to order status, and conditional logic that routes based on customer behavior. I haven't worked directly in GoHighLevel or ServiceTitan, but I've integrated enough third-party tools to know that learning a new platform is never the hard part. Understanding what the business actually needs is. I haven't worked specifically with home service businesses, but I've worked with transactional businesses where follow-up timing matters and where a missed touchpoint costs real money. The HVAC estimate scenario you described makes sense to me immediately. Here's what I'd do: 1. Tag estimates by status and age in the CRM the moment they're sent. 2. Build a sequence that triggers 3 days after send if no response: friendly SMS check-in, value reminder, easy reply path. 3. Second touchpoint at 7 days if still no response: email with social proof or seasonal urgency depending on the service. 4. Third touchpoint at 14 days: direct question, last-chance framing, or offer to reschedule the quote review. 5. Internal alert to sales rep at each stage so they can personalize if needed. 6. Track which sequence step converts best and adjust timing or messaging accordingly. The goal isn't just automation. It's recovering the ones who wanted to say yes but got distracted or overwhelmed. I'm interested in building something long-term here. If this direction makes sense, let's talk through your first implementation so I can see your process and show you how I work. Trust, Tai
