Less than 1 month, Less than 30 hrs/week Squarespace Developer Implement Designed Updates to Existing Author Site (New Page + Content Updates) We're a design studio looking for an experienced Squarespace developer to implement minor updates to a client's existing Squarespace site: https://www.lifanghe.me/. The site is a personal site for an author, speaker and advisor, launched about a year ago. All design work is done. We'll hand over finished desktop and mobile designs, copy and image assets; your job is to build them accurately in Squarespace. Scope of work Navigation: add a "Media & Highlights" item, rename two existing items ("About Me" to "About", "The Book" to "Book"). Final order: About, Book, Speaking & Advising, Media & Highlights, plus the existing CTA button. Home page: replace the hero copy (three short paragraphs) and rebalance the hero layout to fit the new text per the design. No other structural changes. About page: update the copy in the "My Journey" section and rebalance its layout. Add two new story sections (icon, headline, 3 to 4 paragraphs, photo) built to match the existing story blocks on the page so the client can reuse the pattern later. New page, Media & Highlights: hero with title and subhead; a photo collage of 8 to 9 images in a mosaic grid with the site's existing graphic accents; three list sections (Keynotes and Lectures, Podcast Interviews, Reviews and Features) where each entry is a bold organization name plus a linked title. These lists must be built as repeatable, easily editable blocks so the client can add entries without a developer. An optional embedded video may be placed on the page. SEO: page titles, meta descriptions, image alt text and optimization for the new and updated pages, and sitemap/indexing for the new page. QA: responsive build checked on desktop and mobile, matching the supplied designs, with one round of revisions. What we'll provide Figma (or PDF) designs for desktop and mobile, final copy, all photo and video assets, and Squarespace admin access. What we'd like in your proposal A fixed-price quote broken out as (1) nav, home and about updates, (2) the new Media & Highlights page, (3) SEO pass. Please state whether you expect to use native Squarespace blocks or custom code injection for the story sections and the collage, and note any limitations you anticipate for the modular list sections. Include 2 to 3 links to Squarespace sites you've built from someone else's designs. A brief optional line item for a site audit with recommendations for anything else that should be updated is welcome.

Requirements Proven Squarespace experience (please confirm familiarity with both 7.0 and 7.1), strong attention to matching designs pixel-for-pixel, clean responsive work, and clear communication in English.
