Less than 1 month, Less than 30 hrs/week We need a freelancer to customize an existing Kajabi website to match our brand and improve the overall user experience. The work includes updating the homepage, course pages, and other key sections with a clean, modern layout. You will also help refine the site structure, improve navigation, and make content updates where needed. To Redesign & Customise Established Membership Site Job Description We're looking for an experienced Kajabi designer/developer to help us redesign an established astrology and wellness membership with approximately 600 members. The membership is already fully set up and functioning in Kajabi, with a substantial library of existing content. We want to improve the design, navigation and member experience, while keeping Kajabi as the platform. We already have detailed visual mock-ups showing exactly the direction we'd like to take. Our new look is premium, editorial and sophisticated, with a luxury wellness feel. Think Vogue meets modern astrology, with cream, black, ivory and restrained muted gold, beautiful photography, elegant typography and plenty of whitespace. What we need We'd like someone who can work within Kajabi's existing architecture while intelligently customising it where necessary. The project will include: Redesigning the main membership homepage/dashboard Redesigning the monthly content area Improving the individual lesson/content pages Creating a much clearer navigation structure Reorganising older content into evergreen libraries, such as: Meditation Library Chant Library Podcast Library New & Full Moon Teachings Workshops & Masterclasses Downloads & Info Sheets Live Event Replays Making the current month's content the main focus for members Styling Kajabi templates to closely match our supplied mock-ups Custom CSS and/or code where appropriate Ensuring everything works beautifully on desktop, tablet and mobile Keeping the system straightforward enough for our existing team to update every month We don't want an unnecessarily complex custom build. We'd like someone who understands Kajabi extremely well and can tell us what should be done natively, what can sensibly be customised, and where Kajabi's limitations should simply be accepted. You should have Strong experience specifically with Kajabi membership/course customisation is essential. We're particularly interested in someone who can show us examples where you've taken a fairly standard Kajabi membership or course and made it look considerably more bespoke and premium. Good visual judgement is important, as is experience with HTML/CSS and Kajabi's theme/template system.
