Less than 30 hrs/week B2B SALES FUNNEL BUILD — DONE FOR YOU (named-account targeting, high-ticket, strict qualification) WHO WE ARE We manage the Amazon channel for established consumer and industrial brands. The brand keeps its own seller account. We run the operation and take a percentage of the revenue we produce. Recurring, fee-based, no inventory risk on our side. That is the whole model. We are not an agency selling audits and we are not a reseller. We are a real, profitable, US-based company. We are not naming ourselves in this post. Serious applicants get everything on a call. WHAT WE NEED BUILT A complete B2B funnel that turns a defined list of named companies into booked, qualified sales calls on our calendar. Fully done for you. We do not want a strategy deck. We want a working system. Scope includes, at minimum: - Funnel architecture end to end, from first touch to booked call - Landing pages, opt-in pages, application form, thank-you and booking flow - All copy: pages, emails, ads, VSL scripts - Email sequences (cold outreach, nurture, reactivation, no-show, post-call) - CRM setup, pipeline stages, tagging, automation, lead routing - Sending infrastructure and deliverability: domains, warmup, DNS, volume ramp. Our current sending reputation needs work and you need to own fixing it. - Tracking and attribution reported as cost per booked qualified call, not impressions, clicks, or raw leads - Paid media strategy and buildout if you believe it is warranted, with your reasoning Platform is your call. ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, Instantly, Smartlead, whatever you actually know cold. Tell us what you would use and why. THE MARKET, AND THE HARD CONSTRAINT Our addressable market is somewhere around 10,000 to 15,000 companies. That is our best current estimate and we are still sizing it precisely. It is not 500,000 and it is not open-ended. The constraint that matters more than the number: we will not work with a company that is not on our list. Not "we prefer not to." We will not. The fit criteria are narrow and a company either meets them or it does not, regardless of how good the lead looks. Two filters define the list: 1. Revenue floor. A company must do $25,000/month or more in Amazon revenue. Below that the economics do not work and we do not want the call. 2. Brand type. We work with established brands that have real identity and history, typically sold through retail or distribution channels in addition to Amazon. A high-volume private label operation with no brand equity is not a fit at any revenue level. Revenue alone does not qualify anyone. So the funnel's job is to reach and convert names already on a list, not to discover new audiences. Broad prospecting, interest-based targeting, and unqualified volume are all negative value here, because they consume the only scarce resource we have, which is founder selling time. Matched-account targeting is welcome. Uploaded company lists, domain-level targeting, employer-based targeting, ABM sequencing, retargeting against known accounts. All of that is on the table and we would like to hear how you would use it. Audience expansion that reaches beyond the criteria is not. Part of this engagement may include advising on how we build, enrich, and segment the list itself. Say so if that is a strength. WHAT WE ALREADY HAVE - The ability to identify and pull contact data for companies matching our criteria ourselves. - Roughly 500 existing contacts in our CRM, nearly all collected at trade shows over the past year. Warm to lukewarm. Mostly under-worked. - A known customer acquisition cost from trade shows. We will share the number with finalists. Your job is to beat it. - Case study material and real performance data from current clients. - Willingness to be on camera. We will record and edit VSLs, ad creative, and video follow-ups. Give us scripts and shot direction and we will produce them. Open to your suggestions on format and length. QUALIFICATION HAS TO LIVE IN THE FUNNEL Screening cannot happen on the call. It has to happen before a call is booked. Application, gating, scoring, whatever mechanism you trust. A calendar full of unqualified companies is worse than an empty one. BUDGET We are not publishing one. Part of this engagement is telling us what a correct budget looks like for a market this size with this deal value, and defending the number. If you need a budget handed to you before you can think, you are not the right fit. WHO THIS IS NOT FOR B2B only. We do not care about your B2C results. Ecommerce funnels, info-product launches, coaching funnels, DTC ad accounts, consumer lead magnets: none of it transfers and we will not review it. If your process starts with broad targeting and optimizes down, this will fail. Every impression needs to land on a named account or it is waste. WHO THIS IS FOR Someone who has built B2B funnels against defined account lists where the buyer is a named executive at a specific company. Someone fluent in account-based targeting, intent signals, and multi-touch sequencing across email, paid, and direct mail. TO APPLY Skip the portfolio dump. Answer these five: 1. Describe one B2B funnel you built against a defined account list under 25,000 companies. Give the list size, the touch cadence, the number of qualified meetings booked, and the cost per meeting. Real numbers. 2. How do you run paid media against a fixed list of named accounts rather than an audience? Be specific about platform and mechanism. 3. We disqualify most inbound on purpose, and our criteria are narrow enough that revenue alone does not qualify anyone. How do you build aggressive screening into a funnel without killing top-of-funnel conversion? 4. What would you do first with 500 existing trade show contacts that have been sitting mostly untouched? 5. What is the fastest first result you could produce, and how long would it take? Then tell us what stack you would use and roughly how long a full build like this takes you. STRUCTURE We want to start with a paid scoped first phase before committing to the full build. Propose what that phase should be and what it costs. Applications that do not answer all five questions will not be reviewed.

The constraint that matters here is not funnel mechanics. It's a fixed, finite list of qualified names, and you will not work outside it. That changes everything. Most funnels optimize for scale. Yours has to optimize for precision and protection. You need a system that turns 10,000 addressable companies into qualified calls without burning the list or letting unqualified leads waste your time. I've built landing pages, opt-in flows, and booking systems that convert, but this is not a conversion rate problem. This is a named account problem wrapped in funnel architecture. The real work is list protection, deliverability, qualification at every gate, and a CRM that enforces your constraints automatically so a $15k/month company never gets a call booked. Here's what I'd build: 1. Funnel architecture with three gates. First touch is cold email to named accounts only, not ads. Ads burn lists fast and attract the wrong companies. Email lets you control who enters. Second gate is an application form, not a calendar link. Questions tied directly to your two filters: current Amazon revenue (self-reported or estimated), brand type and history. Third gate is manual review before the call gets booked. CRM tags every lead as qualified or disqualified based on form answers, and only qualified leads see the calendar. 2. Email infrastructure fixed before we send a single message. New sending domains, proper DNS (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), warmup sequence over 3-4 weeks, volume ramp that does not trigger spam filters. If your current reputation is damaged, we isolate it and start clean. I'd use Instantly or Smartlead for cold outreach depending on list size and sequence complexity, and I'd set up fallback domains so one bad batch does not kill the whole operation. 3. Landing pages and copy built around named account qualification. No generic "schedule a demo" page. Copy speaks directly to $25k+/month brands with retail history. Application form is the filter. I'd use GoHighLevel for this because it handles CRM, pipeline automation, booking flow, and email sequences in one place without duct-taping six tools together. I've used it for multi-stage B2B funnels before and it works. 4. CRM pipeline and tagging that enforces your constraints. Every lead gets tagged: revenue tier, brand type, disqualified reason if applicable. Automation routes qualified leads to booking, disqualified leads to a polite rejection, and no-shows to reactivation sequences. You see cost per booked qualified call in a dashboard, not vanity metrics. 5. Copy for every sequence: cold outreach, application nurture, no-show follow-up, post-call. Written for named accounts, not spray-and-pray volume. I worked on a directory and marketplace build for Pink Robin Inc. where purchase flow and qualification logic had to be airtight because the economics only worked above a threshold. Different vertical, same constraint thinking. I also built custom post structures and dynamic content systems for McCarthy Lebit where precision mattered more than scale. If you want this done, not discussed, I can start with infrastructure (domains, DNS, CRM setup) and build forward from there. What does your current named account list look like, and do you have any sending history we need to audit before we touch it? Trust, Tai
