Edit Squarespace Website to generate leads & conversions

Less than 1 month, Less than 30 hrs/week I am looking for an audit and edit on my website, including the copy, to increase lead generation and conversion. A plus if you have experience in the holistic health and wellness field. I am a naturopathic doctor and see clients virtually so an online presence is key. I've been in business for some time now and I am not getting many conversions on my website. My analytics also don't show me as visible under proper search terms, even after editing SEO various times. My blog posts get some decent traction, but don't convert to much other than attracting people browsing for answers. What I am looking for: Site audit & diagnosis -Review the full patient journey from landing page to booking, and identify where visitors are likely dropping off -Assess messaging clarity on service pages — are the problem, service, process, and next step obvious within the first screen? Page structure & layout -Restructure or recommend restructuring service pages using a consistent framework (problem → approach → proof → next step) -Identify and fix confusing navigation or redundant/competing CTAs on the same page Deliverables I am looking for -A written audit/report with prioritized recommendations (not just verbal feedback) -Specific before/after copy or layout suggestions for key pages, not general advice -Implementation done directly in Squarespace, or clear documented instructions if I'm implementing changes myself Before committing to working together, I'd love to know a little bit more about the success you've had with clients and if you've worked in the holistic health and wellness field.
