Less than 1 month, Less than 30 hrs/week We sell professional professional development courses for coaches and consultants, plus optional add-ons, through our website. The purchase process is fairly simple, but I want it to convert better and feel effortless for the buyer. I'm looking for someone who can review what we have and tell me the most effective way to set it up. We have been doing this for more than 10 years, but have never looked closely at our sales process. This is mainly a sales and marketing role, not a development job. I need someone who understands how people decide to buy a professional development courses (typically a considered purchase by coaches, HR and L&D professionals, and consultants) and who has enough technical understanding to make sure the recommendations work in practice. Our setup: WordPress with Elementor WooCommerce for checkout, with Stripe for payments QuickBooks Online integration already in place We are simplifying the site to a single homepage, with a separate, dedicated page for the purchase and booking flow What I'd like you to help with: Review our current path from homepage to purchase and identify where buyers are likely dropping off or hesitating Recommend how to structure and present the certification and its add-ons (bundling, upsells, order of options, pricing presentation) Advise on the key messaging, calls to action, and trust signals that belong on the homepage and on the purchase page Recommend improvements to the checkout experience, including any follow-up such as abandoned cart or post-purchase emails Suggest simple tracking so we can see what is working Provide a clear, prioritised action plan I can implement myself or hand to a developer Ideal background: Proven experience improving conversion for online courses, certifications, or other professional services Strong understanding of B2B and professional buyer behaviour Working knowledge of WordPress and WooCommerce (you don't need to build, but you should know what is realistic) Clear, direct communicator who can explain the "why" behind each recommendation Bonus: experience with training, coaching, or assessment businesses To apply, please include: Two or three examples of similar work, ideally with results A short note on what you would look at first on our site and why Your proposed approach, timeline, and fixed price or hourly rate
