Less than 1 week, Less than 30 hrs/week Title: Website Redesign for Executive Coaching Brand — Copy, Design & Build Category: Web Design / Web Development (or Graphic, Web & UX Design) Description: I'm looking for a freelancer (or small two-person team) to redesign my website — thechoicepoint.com — combining fresh copywriting, visual design, and a full build. About the business: The Choice Point is an executive coaching and team-training program around my book The Choice Point. It is built on a science-backed method called Functional Imagery Training (FIT). We work with executives and teams — from Olympic athletes to corporate leadership teams — to help them navigate high-pressure decision moments and build stronger performance and communication. There's an associated book, The Choice Point, translated into eight languages. The problem with the current site: The homepage leads with our methodology instead of the problem we solve for clients Messaging is inconsistent across a few related brand names/domains — needs to be unified under one clear identity Our strongest case study (a CEO who used the program to turn around a struggling team) is buried instead of featured No clear, separate path for "I'm a leader with a struggling team" vs. "I want individual coaching" What I need: A homepage rewrite that leads with the client's problem, tells a short story (not just a bio), and explains the science simply — no jargon Clean, modern visual design that feels credible to executives, not overly "wellness" or "academic" Clear CTAs separating team/organizational inquiries from individual coaching inquiries Build on Squarespace with mobile responsiveness Fix existing inconsistencies in branding/copy across pages Ideal freelancer: Strong portfolio in coaching, wellness, or professional-services websites Comfortable owning both copy and design Can explain why they made specific design/copy choices, not just execute a template Deliverables: Full site redesign (est. 5–8 pages), copywriting for all pages, responsive design, and a clean handoff/documentation for future edits. Budget: $1,500–$3,000 Timeline: 3 weeks
